All installation includes 1 year parts & labor and 5 years compressor warranty directly through us. The standard installation prices are accurate only for residential first story installation with the compressor placed on the ground level. The standard installation is typically suitable for the majority of customers. However, owners will have the option of installing the system on any story with the compressor sitting on the ground, mounted on the outer wall of the building, or sitting on the rooftop. Prices will vary for commercial use installation.
